Full guide to your macronutrients, what you should be consuming and why, recipes and there's even a section on what may help you psychologically. This comes with a progressive six week training program in which there will be a fortnightly evaluation, access to a members only group (banter and camaraderie welcome), 24/7 support from myself in which you can contact me directly at any time and (optional) group event at the end of your program followed by a meal and drinks!
